You are welcome to apply for tuition assistance after the student has passed the entrance test, applied to the school and met with the principal. Immanuel Lutheran School has chosen to use FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition – by Independent School Management (ISM) to process your financial aid application. ISM will provide standardized and impartial processing in a confidential setting. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the online application. The company does charge a non-refundable fee to process your request.
Free Entrance Test
There is no cost to apply to Immanuel Lutheran School. There is not cost to have your child take the entrance test (grades K-8). It is our pleasure to help you search for the best school for your child.
In order to reserve your child’s place at Immanuel, a registration fee is required. This fee does not apply towards tuition. Each year your family enrolls, a registration fee is required to reserve your child’s place the following school year. The registration fee is non-refundable.

When do I apply for tuition assistance?
Families should apply for tuition assistance after they have turned in an application and the student has met the other admissions criteria (academic, behavior, age, etc.) as determined by the principal.
How do I apply for tuition assistance?
You will need your information from the previous tax year. You may contact FAST or Sally Bruno in our school office for assistance.
Is there a cost to apply for tuition assistance?
Yes, FAST charges a small fee to process your application.
Is there a deadline?
Immanuel accepts enrollment applications year-round. Families who apply for school and complete their tuition assistance application before the appointed deadline receive priority over later applications. It is still possible to receive tuition assistance after the deadline, but only if funds are still available.
How is the tuition assistance amount determined?
Immanuel Lutheran School has partnered with FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) as our third-party, confidential, needs-assessment company. Your financial information will be sent directly to them for analysis. The school then uses the recommendation from FAST and grants assistance as it is able. ILS has a restricted amount of aid available. It is possible that families may qualify for more than ILS is able to award.
When will we know the results?
Immanuel Lutheran School will send tuition assistance agreements to all families via mail. For families who have completed their tuition assistance application on time, Immanuel will make every effort to notify families within three weeks. Those who apply after the deadline will be notified approximately two weeks after FAST has received and processed all necessary information.
What if the tuition assistance is not enough?
If your family does not qualify or does not receive as much as you needed, ILS will refund your registration fee if you decide not to attend. However, once the child begins school, the registration fee is non-refundable. The FAST processing fee is non-refundable in any situation.
